Modify existing fire protection layout along with adding new branches and heads. The successful low bidder, as condition of being awarded this Contract, will be required to execute the PLA. All subcontractors of every tier will be required to agree to be bound by the PLA. New fume hood exhaust fans, vav boxes, piping, RTU and split system AC. 3 new electrical panels, fire alarm work, and low voltage.
