The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, plant, power, light, heat, fuel, water, tools, appliances, equipment, supplies and other means of construction necessary or proper for performing and completing the Work in accordance with the Contract. Any labor, materials and equipment that have been omitted in the description of the Work, but that are necessary or proper for the completion of the Work, shall be furnished by the Contractor at its sole cost and expense.
