Renovation of a laboratory facility in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 490-square-foot, one-story above grade laboratory facility.
Electronic bids are invited for Project AGR-240002, Building 3 Lab Hood Removal for the Ohio Department of Agriculture in Reynoldsburg, Licking County. The Contractor is responsible for scheduling the project, coordinating subcontractors, and providing other services identified in the contract documents. Bidders must submit bids through the State’s electronic bidding service after registering, enabling a digital ID, and following all required procedures. Prevailing wage rates and Equal Employment Opportunity requirements apply. The project requires compliance with the State of Ohio’s EDGE Business Development Program with a 5.0 percent participation goal. Bidders must indicate where services will be performed, affirm compliance with Executive Orders on service location and prohibited investments, and adhere to domestic steel use requirements. Participation in an approved Substance Use Prevention and Recovery Program is encouraged. Bid documents are available as electronic PDFs from the State’s electronic bidding service at no charge. Remove existing fume hoods and associated mechanical/electrical from the Consumer Protection Lab building. Repair floor and ceiling where the hoods were. Repair the roof from previous duct penetration
