Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.

The scope of work includes nearly 3,000 square yards of pickleball and tennis court resurfacing with ancillary fencing and net components of the courts. There is also an additional bid for nearly 1,800 square feet of concrete pad, 1,600 square feet of asphalt shared-use path, and various pickleball and tennis court amenities including canopy structures, benches, signage, and paddle racks. Bidders are required to bid both the base and all additional bids. All bids must be accompanied by a bid guaranty in the form of either a bid guaranty and contract bond for the full amount of the bid, or a certified check, cashier's check, or an irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid (including all add alternates). Hard copies of contract documents and specifications will not be provided, but they may be obtained from Bid Express only and at costs associated with the Bid Express service fee. This is a prevailing wage project. No bidder may withdraw its bid within ninety (90) days after the bid opening. The owner reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, reject any or all bids, and conduct investigations as necessary to determine the lowest and best bidder for each contract. The contract completion time is 120 calendar days from the notice to proceed.
