**As of February 27, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Separate sealed bids are requested for the construction of the Ardot #110705- 3" Waterline Relocations Project. The project consists of the following major items: 1090 linear feet of 3" diameter DR 18 HDPE water main by directional bore, 760 linear feet of 3" C900 PVC water main, and 6 each 3" tapping sleeves with valves. The contract is subject to applicable labor laws, nondiscrimination provisions, wage rate laws, and other federal laws including the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, the American Iron and Steel provisions as defined in 42 U.S.C. 300j-12(a)(4) of the State Drinking Water Act, the Work Hours Act of 1962, and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Any construction award of $20,000 or more can only be issued to a contractor appropriately licensed in the State of Arkansas. The owner may reject any or all bids and/or waive informalities or minor irregularities in bids received. All questions about the meaning or intent ofthe Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
