The 2025 Annual Street Maintenance project consists of approximately 5,801 SY of concrete street panel replacement, 1,523 LF of concrete curb replacement, 159,956 LF of crack sealing, 292 SY of concrete sidewalk replacement, and 767 SY of concrete pavement reconstruction. Bidders must submit with their bids a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) from a reliable Surety Company as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract and execute the bonds and guarantee forms provided within ten (10) days after notice of award of contract. Checks will not be accepted. The successful Bidder must furnish Performance, Payments and Maintenance Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price from an approved Surety Company holding a permit from the State of Texas to act as Surety and acceptable according to the latest list of companies holding certificates of authority from the Secretary of Treasury of the United States, or other Surety or Sureties acceptable to the Owner.
