Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.

Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, tools and other services necessary for water main construction, storm sewer construction, sanitary sewer construction, asphalt repaving and reconstruction including grading, concrete curb and gutter replacement, sidewalk and handicap curb ramps, asphalt pavement, street lighting, and work incidental thereto in designated locations in accordance with the contract specifications 26-07. Estimated quantities include 1500 LF sanitary lining, 850 LF 8" water main, 1500 LF storm sewer in various sizes, 2500 LF curb and gutter, 5500 SF concrete sidewalk and driveway, 1300 ton asphalt, and street lighting.
