Description

Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in West Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 3,500-square-foot playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The District of West Vancouver ('The District') invites proposals from experienced design-build teams to complete the Youth Hub Facility design-build project. The project site is located in Ambleside Park on Pound Road in West Vancouver, immediately east of the West Vancouver SPCA. The proposed building size is approximately 3,500 ft2, complemented by 9,500 ft2 of outdoor space, and will prioritize the essential functions needed to operate a Youth Hub. The facility is intended to support District-led programming, with community service providers accessing the space when it is not in use by the District. The design must accommodate at-grade access for Youth Hub drop-off and pick-up, with parking. Documents can be obtained from www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca The deadline for inquires is noon, January 30, 2026
