The project involves constructing a new 3,200 square foot Career & Technical Education (CTE) Building at Oak Harbor High School. The work includes the installation of a pre-fabricated metal building with wood-framed infill walls, concrete slab and foundation, a steel-framed storage mezzanine, as well as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire sprinkler systems, and associated site work. Sealed bids are required and will be received at the specified location and time. All prospective bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid site meeting and walk-through at the project location. Bids from those who do not attend this meeting will not be considered. Prior to the Notice to Proceed, the selected contractor must submit a copy of their company safety program. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive informal irregularities in the bids received.
