Replace existing sewer and vent piping that has failed or deteriorated, along with associated plumbing and mechanical infrastructure, at Buildings 1 and 8 and within the exterior campus areas. Work includes replacement of failed sewer lines and select vent piping in the basements of Buildings 1 and 8 and on the surrounding grounds. The project also includes replacement of heat exchangers, steam piping, condensate piping, tank systems, and all associated components such as valves, traps, insulation, strainers, and controls required to support waste systems and heat exchanger operations.
