Renovation of an educational facility in North Sioux City, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Sealed bids are requested for a Single Prime Contract for the construction of the Dakota Valley School District Roof Renovation Project. Bids must comply with SDCL 5-18A, 5-18B, 5-18C, 5-18D, 5-21, 5-22, and all specifications provided. Plans and specifications can be reviewed, viewed, or purchased at specified building exchanges. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, re-advertise, and waive informalities in the best interest of the Dakota Valley School District. The successful bidder will be notified after proposals are reviewed by the Architect and a recommendation is made to and accepted by the Board. Work under the contract is expected to start no later than May 11th, 2026, and must be substantially completed by August 1, 2027. Project consists of the re-roofing of the elementary & middle school. Plans and specifications governing the construction of said proposed improvements have been prepared by Cannon Moss Brygger & Associates, PC, d/b/a CMBA Architects 302 Jones St., Suite 200, Sioux City, Iowa 51101, The successful bidder will be notified on or after February 9th, 2025, at 6:00pm after the proposals have been reviewed by the Architect and a recommendation as to the lowest responsible bidder has been made to the Dakota Valley School District and accepted by the Board.
