The City of Everett is seeking the services of a qualified “Designer” to provide professional design and construction administration services for the Everett High School Feasibility Study project. The work will include conducting a Feasibility Study, developing and evaluating potential alternative solutions, and continuing through the Schematic Design Phase. Subject to approval and adequate funding, the contract may be amended to include continued designer services through design development, construction contract documents, bidding, award of construction contracts, construction administration, final closeout, and warranty period. The potential project may include renovation, renovation and addition, and/or new construction.
