The work consists of the rehabilitation of 6 existing sewer lift stations. Each lift station will include some combination of new pumps, new piping, wet well alteration or replacement, new valve vault, new combination air release valve and box, new or modified elevated control panel platform, new control panel, new telemetry subpanel, and other associated appurtenances. All lift stations are located in Airport Gardens or along KY550 in Hazard, KY. Prospective bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if bidding documents are obtained from another source. Official notifications, addenda, and other bidding documents will only be offered through the designated website. Partial sets of bidding documents will not be available. Printed copies of the bidding documents may be obtained from the issuing office by paying a non-refundable deposit. The project is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements. Refer to the Instructions to Bidders in the bidding documents for further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
