Site work and paving for a road / highway in Tonasket, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The work includes bituminous surface treatment of approximately 96,000 square yards of roadway, approximately 3,600 square yards of road reconstruction, approximately 400 square yards of pavement repairs and/or pre-leveling, and replacement of associated striping. All work is to be completed prior to June 30, 2026, including striping. A start date for a Notice to Proceed will be determined within thirty days of award to allow completion of the work in 2026 during appropriate conditions. Prospective bidders may view digital files at no cost. To bid the project, bidders must download a full set of the bidding documents from www.varelaplanroom.com under Public Jobs and be on the Plan Holders List. Bids are to be submitted electronically via the Varela Plan Room website and in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Additional bid acceptance and contract award provisions are specified in the Contract Documents. The City of Tonasket has the right to reject any or all bids.
