The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform comprehensive grounds maintenance in accordance with the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS), Performance Requirements Summary (PRS), and Technical Exhibits with workload data. Services may include mowing, trimming, edging, fertilizing, weed control, irrigation system maintenance, and other landscaping tasks required to maintain the grounds in a neat and professional condition. The requirement is currently under market research to determine availability among small businesses and may be set aside if two or more qualified small businesses respond with sufficient capability information. Location: Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
