Description

Renovation of a bridge / tunnel in Hinesville, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a bridge / tunnel.

Sealed proposals are requested for all labor and materials required to fully complete the work of re-decking 3 pedestrian bridges at Bryant Commons Park, located at 438 Oglethorpe Highway. Proposals must be submitted in duplicate on the exact forms provided, filled out completely, signed in ink, and submitted in an opaque sealed envelope marked with the project title and bidder’s name. Any alteration, addition, or condition not called for will render the bid irregular and subject to rejection. Proposals must reach the specified address by the deadline, and may be withdrawn before the official opening but not for sixty days after. Requests for interpretations of drawings and specifications must be submitted in writing no later than seven days prior to the bid receipt date. All contractor questions must be received no later than 5 PM on Tuesday, February 10, 2026. C. Point of Contact.
