A CA Motor Carrier Permit is required. The contract term is two years from the Notice to Proceed. Prospective bidders must examine the site(s) and verify all conditions before placing a bid. Bid forms, specifications, plans, and addenda may be obtained by downloading the bid package from the specified website. Any discrepancies, omissions, ambiguities, or conflicts in the contract documents must be brought to the State's attention by emailing questions by the specified deadline. Answers will be provided by Addendum on the website, and bidders are responsible for downloading any addenda. The DVBE participation goal is 6% but has been waived; the incentive still applies. A 5% Small Business Preference will be granted to properly certified small businesses with the required form submitted with the bid proposal.
