This project consists of work at two school sites, Tahoe Valley Elementary School & South Tahoe Middle School. Work at Tahoe Valley Elementary School consists of a new, 7,800 SF classroom building, as well as the modernization of two classroom wings, administration, and the multipurpose building. Updates to the exterior facade include a new exterior canopy, dry rot repair of wood siding, signage, and paint. Site work includes the removal of existing portables, reconfigured parking lot, play courts, drainage basin, and site improvements and utilities for the new classroom building. Work at South Tahoe Middle School consists of removal of existing portables, reconfigured parking lot, new bike rack area, new drainage basins, track repair, replacement of synthetic turf, dry rot repair of wood siding, and paint at MPR roof and exterior facade. Scheduled bidding period 1/28/2026 - 2/25/2026 Pursuant to Public Contract Code section 20111.6*, each prospective MEP Contractor holding C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, and/or C-46 licenses must be prequalified with Lake Tahoe Unified School District ten (10) days prior to bid opening via electronically.
