Respondent must submit the Bid Bond with Submission Form if applicable. A submission shall constitute an irrevocable offer for a period of 45 days from the due date/time. In the event the notification of award is not made within 45 days from the due date/time, the Respondent may withdraw or provide a written extension of their submission The project scope includes the miling, machine grading, hma overlaying, and striping of the existing parking lots at Manhattan Park. The work affects Manhattan Park facilities and it is the City of East Grand Rapids intent to maintain access to the park facilities by scheduling sequential construction activities - one parking lot under construction at a time.
