Reference Number 0000409534 The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a firm to provide construction services to reconstruct Fourth Avenue from East William Street to East Liberty Street. The scope of work involves earth excavation, water main, drainage improvements, concrete curb and gutter and sidewalks, HMA paving, street illumination, traffic signal work, pavement markings, and turf/site restoration.
