All work to be done under this Contract is located at the Ann Arbor Municipal Airport. The City of Ann Arbor is soliciting bids for the pavement reconstruction of the taxilane and apron adjacent to the J-Row Box Hangars located in the NW T-hangar area of the airport. The work is funded using state and federal grant funds and, based on the timing of the receipt of these grant funds, work is not expected to occur until late spring or summer of 2026. Additional information on the project is provided in the Project Drawings and Detailed Specifications document. Any Bid which does not conform fully to these instructions may be rejected. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond by a surety licensed and authorized to do business within the State of Michigan, in the amount of 5% of the total of the bid price.
