Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Working plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to replace approximately 7,482 square feet of EPDM roofing on the 9th and 10th floors of Building 1W at the Ann Arbor VA Medical Center. Work must be performed in accordance with drawings and specifications without disrupting medical center operations. Normal working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding federal holidays. Any work outside normal hours requires prior approval from the COR and Contracting. All materials and installation must comply with applicable codes and standards. Magnitude of cost for this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Location: Ann Arbor VA Medical Center, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
