Grind the Terrazzo flooring in the lobby of the ML Building (approximately 6,600 sq. ft., vendor to verify at site visit), and apply a matte finish sealer to the area. Preferred: bring your own generator to run your grinding machine. Proposals must include all services and costs necessary to meet business and technical requirements, including shipping FOB destination. Exclude all Federal, State, and Municipal Sales and Excise taxes. All minimum order quantities must be clearly stated in the bid. Prices must include all shipping, handling, and delivery charges, Pre-Paid FOB. Lead time may be a consideration of award. Vendors must submit pricing on the provided table, along with a completed and signed Vendor Acknowledgements page. One completed copy of the cost sheet and one copy of the Vendor Acknowledgements signature page must be submitted in a single PDF by the deadline. Prices and notations must be typed or written in ink. All corrections must be initialed in ink by the person signing the bid. Bids must be signed by an authorized official or employee of the firm. Compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations applicable to goods and services provided is required. Bids shall be quoted F.O.B. Destination with all transportation charges prepaid. Bids may be awarded by item, group of items, or total bid to one or more vendors; the right to reject any or all bids in whole or in part, and to waive any informality or technical defects, is reserved.
