**As of February 26, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Ceiling Tile Replacement: Remove and replace 16,600 sq. feet of 2’ x 4’ tile with 2’ x 2’ tile and add a 15/16 white 2’ grid tee. Install CertainTeed Baroque Bet – 154 (2’ x 2’) tile. Work to be completed between June 8 and July 31. Materials must be on site before June 15. A site walk through is requested before bidding. An additional bid should be included for painting the existing grid to match the new tees (this must be kept separate from the ceiling tile replacement bid). All bidders should contact the Maintenance Director for additional information. Bids should be sent in a sealed envelope to the specified address. Bids are due in the Superintendent’s office. Bids will not be accepted by fax.
