Renovation of a mixed-use development in Delta, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and water / sewer project.
City of Delta invites bids from RCABC-accredited roofing contractors to undertake the replacement of the existing roof assemblies at two locations: Delta City Hall - 4500 Clarence Taylor Crescent, Delta BC Chilukthan Pump Station - 4950 River Road, Delta BC The scope of roof replacement at each location has been outlined in the specifications and drawings provided as appendices to the Invitation to Tender. Work generally consists of i. Demolition and disposal of the existing roof assemblies ii.
