**As of April 02, 2026, the awarded contractor is Taylor Kohrs, with an awarded amount of $9,384,673.38.** The project involves the construction of Linear Park Phase 3, including public landscaping, irrigation, hardscapes and walls, site furnishings and lighting, restrooms, playground, shelters, pickle ball court, basketball court, and all related work incidental to completion according to the requirements of Baseline Metropolitan District No. 1 and City and County of Broomfield. Bidders must submit sealed bids, provide required bid bonds, possess necessary licenses and insurance, and submit qualification statements, subcontractor and supplier lists. Bidding contractors are required to self-perform at least 80% of the work.
