Question Deadline 02/13/2026- Last day for questions, Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions and comments are to be submitted through electronically. The project consists of the construction of new athletic facilities at Cowanesque Valley High School and Williamson High School. All improvements are to be completed under the same general contractor and project schedule. At Cowanesque Valley High School, the work includes constructing a traditional lawn soccer/football field with a new artificial track, new bleachers and bleacher pads, a new 22,232-square-foot restroom/concession stand building, new track and field event areas, resurfacing tennis courts with new nets, and constructing a stormwater management basin. At Williamson High School, the work includes constructing a synthetic turf soccer/football athletic field with a new artificial track, new bleachers, a new 22,232-square-foot restroom/concession stand building, new track and field event areas, reconstructing a traditional lawn practice soccer/football field, and constructing a new softball field and parking area. Separate PaDEP General PAG-02 NPDES permits are required for each site. The contract for this work is "N. Tioga School District Athletic Facility Improvements" and has an approximate duration of 350 days. Bidders must submit bids to the Northern Tioga School District Office. Sets of construction drawings and the project manual must be obtained online, and registration is required. Bidders must submit a certified check, bank draft, or bid bond equal to 10% of the total bid amount.
