Item Quantity Unit Description: 1. 1000-4000+/- Tons 2A Crushed (From Rock) – Delivered Tailgate Spread, delivered to Township stockpile, loaded at pit, must deliver within 48 hours. 2. 1000-2000+/- Tons 6S Anti-Skid delivered to Township stockpile, anti-skid must be 99% clean. 3. 20,000+/- Price per Salt Brine delivered to Township’s tank, with a minimum 4,800 gallon load at 98-100%. 4. 3,500+/- gallons Dyed Diesel Fuel delivered to Township building. 5. 1000-2000+/- Tons DSA – Delivered Tailgate Spread, delivered to township stockpile, loaded at pit. 6. 200+/- feet 18” HDPE Pipe delivered to Township building. 7. 200+/- feet 24” HDPE Pipe delivered to Township building. 8. 10,000+/- gallons Liquid Calcium delivered to Township building, delivery must be within 10 days from order. 9. 10,000+/- gallons AEP Dust Oil, bids to reflect Heat, Haul, Apply, delivered to various roads in Township, 40% minimum residual. 10. 100+/- tons R4 Rip Rap delivered Tailgate Spread. 11. 100+/- tons R5 Rip Rap delivered Tailgate Spread. All work and materials must meet PennDOT specifications. Proposals must be on forms furnished by the Municipality. Liquid damages apply. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bond for 10% of the bid, made payable to the municipality. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
