The work consists of the replacement of Variable Air Volume (VAV) units and Building Automation System (BAS) programming for the Lantana library under an annual contract for Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) services. Sealed quotes/bids are to be submitted by qualified contractors. Only quotes/bids received from qualified contractors will be considered. Contractors are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the project location to review project requirements. To participate, contractors must complete and submit a qualification application at least 10 days before the bid due date. All conditions and requirements for submission, consideration, and award, including SBE and bonding requirements, are provided in the Invitation for Quote/Bid, which can be obtained by contacting the specified county office or accessing the online Vendor Self-Service system.
