Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Fargo, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the construction of a 73,944-square-foot, four-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a 91,705-square-foot educational facility.
Kraus-Anderson Construction Company is presently soliciting competitive Lump Sum Bids for all work related to the University Village Phase II project at North Dakota State University. Sealed bids will be received until 12:00 PM local time on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at the specified addresses. Bids must be complete, without alterations, additions, or erasures, and must be on a lump sum basis. No bid may be withdrawn for 60 days after bid receipt without consent of the Owner. The company reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities. Bidding documents, including the Bid Form, Drawings, and Specifications, can be obtained via buildingconnected.com, and plans can be purchased by contacting Applied Engineering. Bidders should request to be added to the distribution list to receive all addenda. Bid documents are also available through regional builders' exchanges. This project consists of demolition of existing apartment buildings and constructing two new 4-story apartment buildings (one 73,944 sf, 93-units and one 91,705 sf, 113-units), a new 8,052 sf clubhouse building and a 3,947 sf new maintenance building.
