The project is known as Bid 26-01: 2025 Road Improvement Program – Phase 2. The work includes approximately 56,770 square yards of roadway milling and installation of 6,485 tons of HMA 9.5 M64 surface course on Tartan Court, Hughes Avenue, Bergen Street, Point Court, Lawn Park Avenue, Forrest Avenue, Rossa Avenue, Cold Soil Road, Mabel Avenue, Texas Avenue, Lewisville Road and Keefe Road; grading and paving on Mill Road; various concrete improvements; removal and replacement of the wood retaining wall at the Senior Citizen Center (30 E. Darrah Lane); and other associated work as set forth in the specifications. Signed bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Engineering Department, with the name of the project printed on the face of the envelope. Bids must be made on the proposal forms included with the bid specifications. Bidders must comply with the regulations of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 - 1 et seq.
