Site work, paving and new construction of a municipal facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a 360,000-square-foot, 17-story above grade municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for paving for a municipal facility.
The ECT project is located at the intersection of West Hargett and South McDowell Streets and consists of a 360,000 SF, 17-story civic tower. Finished floors consist of floors 1-13. Anticipated Start of Installation: September 202 Brasfield & Gorrie in association with Holt Brothers Construction is accepting bids from prequalified subcontractors for the City of Raleigh East Civic Tower (ECT) for Bid Package 12D Ancillary Furniture. Bidders are strongly encouraged to solicit and secure bids from MWBE (Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise) firms. All bid forms must be submitted in a sealed envelope labeled for each bid package. Combined bids should be submitted in separate, sealed envelopes. Bids must satisfy the requirements of applicable North Carolina General Statutes and City of Raleigh policy, with a goal of 15% of the total contract amount to be performed by MWBE businesses on qualifying projects. All bids must be hand delivered or mailed to the designated address by the deadline. Pre-qualification requirements: Bidders must be prequalified subcontractors to submit a bid for this project. *The value reflects the overall project and not this specific package*
