Remodeling and renovation of a municipal facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 964-square-foot municipal facility.
The project is located on the 3rd floor of the NC DOT - Transportation Complex Annex Building, located at 1 S. Wilmington St., Raleigh, NC 27601. The work consists of creating 2 new offices, replacing carpet, resilient base, ceiling tiles, ceiling grid, HVAC grilles, and doors. New doors and frames and transom windows are to be provided in 2 new offices. Existing above ceiling electrical code deficiencies will be brought up to current codes; painting of renovated spaces including door frames will be included.
