The respondents will be submitting proposals to provide Construction Management at Risk services consisting of pre-construction services, developing a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), and construction of the Aqua Crest Pool Complex Renovations. The Project includes, but is not limited to: The demolition of the existing main building, weight training building, 50 meter with dive well pool with pump house, wading pool and pool deck. Construction will include a new 25 yard (length) by 50 meter (width), 10 lane pool with a separate dive well and moveable bulkhead with traditional diving (two 1 meter and one 3 meter boards set-up), the addition of a new interactive 0-2.5 depth play pool. The project will also include the addition of new building structure(s) to house administration offices, ticketing, guard room, first aid room, weights training, and locker rooms and concessions with associated amenities to support the facilities daily operational requirements. However, depending on the availability of SBEs at the time of subcontractor bidding, the Countys Goal Setting Committee may apply a higher mandatory SBE subcontracting goal. Proposers should review the RFP for more information on the Countys EBO Program as it applies to the construction phase(s) of this project.
