Description: This site-specific, work document driven contract consists of milling and replacing open graded friction course (FC-5), pavement markings, and reflective pavement markings on State Road 200 and milling and replacing open graded friction course (FC-5), dense graded friction course (FC 12.5), pavement markings, reflective pavement markers and traffic signal loops (at NW 43rd Street) on State Road 25 in Alachua County along the sections of roadway shown in the appendix of this contract. All milled areas shall meet the surface texture requirements described in section 327-3.1.1 of the current FDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction. All Maintenance of Traffic and Mobilization costs shall be incidental to the pay-items listed. EXPERIENCE IN ASPHALT PAVING (FORM 850-070-01) MUST BE COMPLETED AND SUBMITTED WITH THE BID.
