The work involves repair and preventive maintenance of the Morristown Parking Authority – Dehart Parking Garage, including concrete slab repairs, overhead and vertical concrete repairs, precast concrete tee joint caulking replacements, sealing of cracks and joints, cove joint repairs, expansion joint repairs, installation of waterproofing membrane and wearing course, and other miscellaneous repairs. Contractors must have experience with parking garage rehabilitation projects in the past five years and provide a minimum of five references. All work must comply with Prevailing Wage Rates for the State of New Jersey. Bidders must submit a bid bond of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount, but not in excess of $20,000, with their bid. Sealed bids should be addressed to the Morristown Parking Authority, with the outer envelope clearly indicating: “REPAIR AND PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE OF THE DEHART PARKING GARAGE – SEALED BID - DO NOT OPEN.”
