Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Zephyrhills, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

Wharton-Smith, Inc. is proudly the Construction Manager serving Pasco County and is soliciting proposals from prequalified subcontractors for the construction of GoPasco Multimodal Transfer Station - Zephyrhills. The project consists of a new multimodal transfer station in Zephyrhills. The work includes: earthwork, underground utilities, paving, irrigation, landscaping, fencing, concrete, masonry, structural steel, roofing, sealants, doors, frames & hardware, windows, storefront, gypsum wallboard assemblies, acoustical ceilings, resilient and tile flooring, hard tile, carpeting, painting, signage, toilet compartments & accessories, aluminum walkway covers, flagpoles, casework, plumbing, HVAC and electrical. The RFI deadline is Thursday, January 29th. Please submit RFI's to WestCoastFLCommercial@whartonsmith. Do not contact the Architect or Owner for information on this project. Payment & Performance Bonds may be required.
