COA#32011 The project consists of a new multimodal transfer station. The work includes: earthwork, underground utilities, paving, irrigation, landscaping, fencing, concrete, masonry, structural steel, roofing, sealants, doors, frames & hardware, windows, storefront, gypsum wallboard assemblies, acoustical ceilings, resilient and tile flooring, hard tile, carpeting, painting, signage, toilet compartments & accessories, aluminum walkway covers, flagpoles, casework, plumbing, HVAC and electrical. Bids will be emailed. Bids received after the appointed date and time will be subject to rejection. The RFI deadline is indicated. Do not contact the Architect or Owner for information on this project. Payment & Performance Bonds may be required. Bidding documents are available upon request.
