The scope of work includes but is not limited to: removing and replacing all security windows; refinishing accent and large-format cast stone; removing and replacing sealants including vertical and horizontal exterior control expansion joints, and windows; repainting handrails, metal gym screening, and metal louvers; and removing, cleaning, and reinstalling mesh screens.
