The Provider must comply with the outlined Scope of Work, providing all services in a competent, workmanlike, and professional manner acceptable to the County. The project involves providing a new PLC Door Control System, upgrading the existing intercom system, video surveillance system, reconfiguring the computer screen layout in the front main control area, and installing operable kiosk control stations in the Housing Dayrooms. Additional cameras are required in interior locations for enhanced surveillance and to minimize blind spots. The facility's PLC Door Control System, intercom system, and video surveillance system must be updated, with analog camera views removed from the control room computer screen. New kiosk control stations in the six Housing Dayrooms must be upgraded with biometric user access, allowing staff to operate only doors within their designated housing unit. Upgrades to handsets and integration of intercom, door control, and camera display functionality are required. The video surveillance system must be improved by adding new cameras and removing analog components, and the control room system, including music control, must be updated. The awarded vendor must ensure staffing levels are sufficient for timely installation and must offer security solutions that meet the highest technological standards. Proposals must be prepared simply and concisely, clearly describing the provider's capabilities, and must include all required supplemental information and attachments. Failure to return all required materials may result in the proposal being deemed non-responsive.
