Renovation of a water / sewer project in Lakeville, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The project involves the complete coating removal and replacement of the exterior and interior wet areas, as well as other structural repairs and modifications. This also includes interior wet coating system maintenance to the Holyoke and Downtown Tanks. The provisions of MN Statute 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days.
