The City of Fenton, Missouri seeks bids from qualified contractors for 2026 Sports Field Leveling Services. Bids must be sealed, addressed to the Fenton City Hall, and clearly marked "BID OPENING: 2026 SPORTS FIELD LEVELING SERVICES - ATTN: DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS." Bids must be submitted on the Bid Proposal form provided and all work must be performed according to City specifications. Bidders are required to contact the City directly to receive the Bid Documents and provide their contact information to ensure notification of any addendums. Submissions received from sources other than directly from the City may be disqualified for non-compliance with bidding procedures. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, etc. necessary to perform sports field leveling on thirteen (13) softball/baseball fields at the Fenton Sports Complex (945 Larkin Williams Road) and Fenton City Park (1215 Larkin Williams Road) located in the City of Fenton, as fully described within the Plans and Technical Specifications Section herein, all in accordance with the terms and specifications herein (the "Work").
