This Project is subject to prevailing wage compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations. The City Council of the City of Pacifica reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or bids, should it deem this necessary for the public good, waive any irregularities in any bids and its determination as to which bid is the lowest responsible bid and it may also reject the bid of any bidder who has been delinquent or unfaithful in any former contract with the City of Pacifica for the best interest of the City shall be final. The City shall have SIXTY (60) calendar days from and after the opening of the bids within which to make its determination.
