All bids must be made on the provided bid packet. Each bid must be accompanied by a bidder's security. The successful bidder must provide Payment and Performance Bonds as described in the bidding documents. Bidders must comply with requirements in the Special Provisions: Required Contract Provisions Federal-Aid Construction Contracts, Special Provision for EEO Affirmative Action Requirements on Federal and Federal-Aid Construction Contracts, and Davis-Bacon Act and related Federal Labor Standards provisions.
