Renovation of a stadium in Highland Park, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
The Park District of Highland Park is seeking sealed bids to upgrade electrical gear at Centennial Ice Arena, Highland Park, Illinois. The scope of work includes all necessary workmanship to satisfactorily complete the work as required by the contract documents. Work will start Monday, April 6, 2026 and conclude by Friday, June 26, 2026. Power shut down must occur between Monday, May 18, 2026 and Tuesday, June 2, 2026. Contractors bidding on the project must have a minimum of five years of experience in the work or similar. Furnish and install new electrical service rated at: 1200a-277/480v-3ph-4w in place of existing 800a-277/480v-3ph-4w. o Furnish and install new ats rated at: 1200a-277/480v-3ph-4w in place of existing 800a-277/480v-3ph-4w and reconnect to existing generator & to new electrical service. o Furnish and install new transformer and panels in place of existing. o Reconnect still active existing feeders and branch circuits to new electrical service and branch panels. SITE LOCATION: Centennial Ice Area 3100 Trail Way Highland Park, IL 60035 The Park District of Highland Park is accepting sealed bids for the 2026 Electrical Gear Upgrade at Centennial Ice Arena.
