The project involves providing on-call asphalt patching services throughout the City of Lemoore, including but not limited to: * Asphalt removal * Asphalt patching of residential, collector, and arterial streets * Traffic control * Tack coat application * Cold planing where required Each bid shall be accompanied by the bidder's security in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid price, in the form of cash, a cashier's check, certified check, or a bidder's bond executed by a California-admitted surety insurer, payable to the City of Lemoore. Bids not accompanied by the required bid security shall be rejected as non-responsive . The contract time for the On-Call Asphalt Patching Project shall extend through June 30, 2027, with the option for one (1) additional one-year extension at the City's sole discretion, not to exceed a total contract term of three (3) years.
