Proposals and qualifications are requested from Hydropower System Maintenance, Repair & Design support and services consultants to complete all services for the repair and upgrades of the Yelm Hydroelectric Project and Diversion Dam. The project includes maintenance and repairs to all generators, servos, penstocks, governor's piping and drainage systems, intake gates, and other support systems within and outside the plant starting at the Diversion Dam. The selected company will perform all required hydropower system maintenance repairs and provide limited design and retrofit services for any extensive repairs required to maintain full operational efficiency of the Yelm Hydroelectric Project. Proposals must be submitted as instructed, with three copies addressed and labeled as specified. The City reserves the right to amend the terms, circulate addenda, or withdraw the request at any time. Submittals will be evaluated and ranked based on categories outlined in the proposal submittal document. All work must comply with City funding requirements.
