Sealed bids are invited for the provision of personnel, equipment, tools, and some materials for Line Clearance Tree Trimming & Removal along 15kV distribution and 69kV lines. The work shall follow the technical specifications outlined in Section 4. Bids must be submitted using the Bid Proposal form included in the Contract Documents and delivered in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the contract number, title, bidder’s name and address, and date and time of bid. Each bid must include a Surety Bond, cashier's check, or certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, made payable to the City of Centralia, as security. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities, and accept any bid deemed to be in its best interest.
