2026 3/4 " Crushed Surfacing Top Course Pend Oreille County reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, and make multiple awards if it is deemed in the best interest of Pend Oreille County It is the intent of this bid to establish pricing on 3/4 " Crushed Surfacing Top Course only. Allowable products are either Idaho Transportation Department or Washington State Department of Transportation Specification gravel as listed below in the Technical Specifications Page. No other crushed gravel products will be considered. Any variance from the specifications or standards described in the Technical Specifications Page must be clearly stated in writing by the bidder. The County Engineer shall be the sole determiner if a non-specification product will be accepted. The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any technicalities and informalities, and to accept or reject all or any part of this proposal at prices shown. All proposals must remain open for acceptance by the County for a period of at least 60 calendar days from the date of opening of the proposals, unless otherwise stated.
