Renovation of an educational facility in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 0-square-foot, 0-story below grade educational facility.
The primary objective is to retain a mechanical contractor to upgrade the main central Air Handling Units (AHU) at the Victoria Building (VIC) located at 285 Victoria Street, Toronto. The work will include, but not be limited to, refurbishment of existing AHUs in the 4th Floor Mechanical Room, installation of new equipment, and replacement of other components as per drawings and specifications. Bidders must submit a Proposal Acknowledgement Form as a mandatory requirement and meet a minimum passing score for the technical evaluation. The agreement term is approximately twenty-four months or until project completion, whichever is longer. Please note that the Site Visit is expected to be approximately 1 hour in length. Site Visit shall be on the University Campus, downtown Toronto. Please meet us at [the lobby of 285 Victoria Street, Toronto, M5B 1W1 (VIC Bldg.)] in order to sign in with the University’s Procurement Representative. For directions, please see the University’s website. The University reserves the right to make additional Site Visits available to potential Proponents, at the University’s sole discretion.
